He was first credited with overseeing the Arab Center&#8217;s edifice as its first director in terms of building the physical, legal, and first-start programs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">The late Dr. Al &#8211; Khash left a distinctive mark in the history of ACSAD in terms of achievements in the headquarter country Syria and Arab countries. Through his active presence in most of the conferences and meetings to which he had been invited.
