Organization of the Arab Center for the Studies of\u00a0 Arid Zones and DryLand &#8220;ACSAD,&#8221; in his name and the name of the Center&#8217;s workers; he\u200b\u200bextends his heartfelt condolences to the family and relatives of the late Mr. &#8220;Mohammed Al-Beqai,&#8221; the first director of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs in the Arab Center since its establishment.<\/p>\n<p>The late Al-Beqai spent more than twenty-five years in the Center as an active employee and a respected financial expert, leaving a respectable mark in financial and administrative affairs.<\/p>\n<p>The late had good qualities, good morals, and a good reputation, which was evident through his dealings with his employees, friends, and lovers<\/p>\n<p>May God has mercy on him, put him in his vast paradise, his, and patience, sympathy for his family and us.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We belong to God, and to Him, we shall return<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
