  • Supervising the employees\u2019 affairs according to the\u00a0operative rules and regulations and recruiting\u00a0 new\u00a0employees for ACSAD.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Following up administratively and financially all the\u00a0programs and projects which are funded by outside\u00a0sources<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Preparing the draft budgets, final accounts and\u00a0periodic administrative and financial reports.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Supervising administratively and financially ACSADs\u00a0research stations and ACSADs offices in the Arab\u00a0countries.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The services provided by the department:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\"\"<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

    The Administrative and Financial Affairs Department\u00a0<\/span>provides different services in cooperation with ACSAD\u2019s different departments, these include:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Providing the inputs for the technical, administrative\u00a0and financial programs and activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • Organizing meetings, conferences, scientific gatherings and training courses. It is worth mentioning that three well equipped specialized training centers have been established.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • Supervising stores and making annual inventory work.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          • Organizing transport, providing the required means of transport and supervising the needed maintenance.\"\"<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
