| Abstract | The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of combination amino acid proline with Low-Density Lipoproteins (LDL) into local semen extender for Awassi rams. Semen collected three times per week during the breeding season by mean of artificial vagina from four Awassi rams, three years old with body weight 75±3 KG.
