The Death of Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Al-Baqai, first Director of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs of the Arab Center

Dr. Nasr Edin Obaid, the Director-General of the Organization of the Arab Center for the Studies of Arid Zones and DryLand “ACSAD,” in his name and the name of the Center’s workers; heextends his heartfelt condolences to the family and relatives of the late Mr. “Mohammed Al-Beqai,” the first director of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs in the Arab Center since its establishment.
The late Al-Beqai spent more than twenty-five years in the Center as an active employee and a respected financial expert, leaving a respectable mark in financial and administrative affairs.
The late had good qualities, good morals, and a good reputation, which was evident through his dealings with his employees, friends, and lovers
May God has mercy on him, put him in his vast paradise, his, and patience, sympathy for his family and us.
