Dr. Muhammad Al-Khish’s, the first Director-General of ACSAD died.
The Arab Centre for the Studies of Arid Zones and Drylands (ACSAD), in the name of its Director-General, Dr. Nasr Edin Obaid, is deeply saddened by the ACSAD first Director-General death, Dr. Muhammad Al-Khish, who had spent more than 20 years as a Director-General of ACSAD.
The late bereaved was a distinguished patriot, a humanitarian personality full of love, giving, and sacrifice. he also had good manners, authentic Arabic characteristics, and good reputations. He was first credited with overseeing the Arab Center’s edifice as its first director in terms of building the physical, legal, and first-start programs.
The late Dr. Al – Khash left a distinctive mark in the history of ACSAD in terms of achievements in the headquarter country Syria and Arab countries. Through his active presence in most of the conferences and meetings to which he had been invited. So here we remember what he had done with great gratitude, respect for him, to his excellent work, noble history, and good reputation.
