Administrative and Financial Affairs Department

Tasks:

This department supervises ACSAD’s administrative and financial mechanism according to the operative rules and regulations.

Activities:

  • Supervising the employees’ affairs according to the operative rules and regulations and recruiting  new employees for ACSAD.
  • Following up administratively and financially all the programs and projects which are funded by outside sources
  • Preparing the draft budgets, final accounts and periodic administrative and financial reports.
  •  Supervising administratively and financially ACSADs research stations and ACSADs offices in the Arab countries.

The services provided by the department: 

The Administrative and Financial Affairs Department provides different services in cooperation with ACSAD’s different departments, these include:

  • Providing the inputs for the technical, administrative and financial programs and activities.
  • Organizing meetings, conferences, scientific gatherings and training courses. It is worth mentioning that three well equipped specialized training centers have been established.
  • Supervising stores and making annual inventory work.
  • Organizing transport, providing the required means of transport and supervising the needed maintenance.
  • Ensuring the continued maintenance work for ACSADs buildings and utilities.
